About GATE
Our mission, values, network, and team.
Our Mission
GATE (Global Aviation Talent Exchange) e.V. is an international association dedicated to shaping the future of the aviation industry, creating a dynamic ecosystem where aspiring talent and leading companies come together.
Our mission is to build a strong global network that connects the next generation of aviation professionals and gives them space to exchange, learn, and grow.
We bring this mission to life through GATEvirtual, our online events held every six weeks, and GATElive, our flagship conference that brings trainees together for two days of learning, networking, and collaboration.
