Two ways to take part

GATEvirtual

Trainees learn from seasoned professionals and bring valuable new insights back to their teams.

GATElive

All trainees are invited to the annual GATElive event — a two-day conference at a different partner company every year, designed to deliver high-impact training and development:

  • Keynote speeches & discussions — broadening strategic aviation and industry knowledge
  • Hackathon challenge — developing collaborative, agile problem-solving skills
  • On-site company tours — direct technical exposure to world-class operations
  • Afterwork networking — lasting, cross-company professional connections
